Update: 8/12/19 Our son still attends and we are still loving the school. The school has taught my 2 year old so much I'm shocked at the conversations we have. Thank you AOL! Update: 5/11/21 This will be my son's last year and we are so sad. He is graduating and going to kindergarten. If you are on the fence all I can say is go for a tour and meet Ms. McIntosh. She really cares about the children. We will really my the academy and are thankful for all they have taught our son. 😊 "

One of my sons is on the spectrum and after attending was more than ready for kindergarten the way they manage to show each and every single child the attention they need while developing their skills is amazing. "My son has been going to The Academy of Learning since they opened at their new location in September. The environment is very clean and welcoming. Every single teacher is personable, knowledgeable and really cares about helping your child grow and improve. Since my son started at just under 2 to now, he has learned so much from the alphabet, the phonetics of each letter, can count to 100, knows his continents, knows advanced words that I know most 3 year olds don't know and so so so much more. He comes home daily having done new activities and crafts. The academy follows the Norfolk School system criteria and I have no doubt my son will be well prepared when transitioning to preschool. "
